ANZAC Day

ANZAC Day, 25th April, is almost upon us. Ancestry.com has been in touch with me to supply material on Jack Drew's war service as part of a full broadsheet spread 'advertorial' for the ANZAC Day edition of the Sydney Morning Herald.

19 April. The draft layout has come through for approval, and Grandad Jack's pic (similing, with a mate) is the feature photograph. Dad also has a pic in there, playing grandad's cornet. So Grandad, Dad, and the cornet all get a mention to tie the sotry together. The other stories are good, too. I will email the draft out later on.

    I have just received the draft layout for approval, and it looks good. Grandad's pic is the feature photo in the centre of the layout! I will email it out.
